The "Ultimate Party Giveaway" (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered by Backyard Adventure Rentals, a Delaware-based party rental company ("Sponsor"). The Contest is conducted in collaboration with local partner businesses listed herein (collectively, "Prize Sponsors").
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest.
By entering, each participant ("Entrant") agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
During the Contest Period, visit the official contest page at contest.backyardadventurerentalsde.com/2026march and complete the entry form with the required information, including your full name, valid email address, and phone number.
Limit: One (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period, unless otherwise stated in promotional materials. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or that fail to meet entry requirements will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer system, or other equipment used in the administration of the Contest.
A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded: one (1) Grand Prize Package and four (4) Individual Prizes. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes is over $2,500.
All prizes must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. Unredeemed prizes after this date are forfeited with no compensation. Prizes are subject to availability and scheduling with each Prize Sponsor. If multiple prizes are won by the same individual, they may be used for the same event or separately, subject to scheduling and availability.
Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.
On or about Thursday, April 2, 2026, at approximately 6:30 PM ET, five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted live on the Backyard Adventure Rentals Facebook page.
Winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry. Winners may also be announced publicly on social media. Each winner must respond to the notification and claim their prize within twenty-one (21) calendar days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.
The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final and binding. Potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release (where permitted by law) prior to receiving a prize.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
By entering, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any Entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violate these Official Rules, or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of any prize. If the ARV of a prize exceeds $600, the winner may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC and is responsible for reporting the prize as income.
By entering, Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, city of residence, likeness, entry content, and testimonials for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law.
By participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Prize Sponsors, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
The Released Parties are not responsible for any issues related to third-party prize providers, including but not limited to scheduling, quality of services, or failure to deliver the promised prize experience. Any disputes regarding a specific prize should be directed to the applicable Prize Sponsor.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE CONTEST, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE WON.
These Official Rules and any disputes arising from or relating to this Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings related to this Contest shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware, and each Entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
By entering, Entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and that any claims must be filed within one (1) year of the date of the event giving rise to the claim.
Personal information collected through the Contest entry form — including name, email address, and phone number — will be used solely for the purposes of Contest administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.
Backyard Adventure Rentals does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Entrant information may be shared with Prize Sponsors solely for the purpose of coordinating prize delivery.
